This page shows you how to choose a shipping method for your order, estimate shipping cost and shipping times, and gives other useful information on {config_name} shipping process.
When will my order arrive?
The estimated delivery date is based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping method, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare the items for shipment. Customers can calculate delivery estimates by adding the order processing time to the transit time.
For example, if customer orders a faucet, it will need 2-3 business days of processing time and then 8-10 business days of shipping time if we use expedited shipping. Therefore, customer can expect to receive it in 10-13 business days.

We usually ship all orders within 3-7 business day of confirmed payment. Processing time differs from category to category. The actual order processing time is subject to the instructions on each product page.
If two or more items ordered at a time, customers may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item processing time and shipping method.

How to Track the Package?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.
If you have an account, the tracking number and website can also be found in the Order History in My Account-My Orders.
If you without an account, you can contact us to check the tracking information.
