An Item Was Lost or Damaged During Shipping
Our freight carriers are selected through stringent guidelines for service and quality. But in the rare occasion that an item was lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately and provide us photographs clearly showing the problem with the item, so we can confirm it with our carriers more quickly and easily. Once we have confirmed the problem, we will ship a new one or needed replacement parts to you.

To return an item, we recommend using your local postal service that provides tracking information as well as a signature that the package was confirmed delivered. Other carriers, such as DHL, UPS or FedEx usually charge much more for international shipping.
Once we have received your package, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days. After that, we will contact you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
If a return is shipped without a tracking number the customer will be liable if the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued.

The refund will take 3-5 business days to your bank account.
-Credit or debit card: It usually arrives much sooner, but it can take up to 30 days for a refund to appear on your card statement. If your card was canceled or you paid with a prepaid card, contact the card issuer to access your refund.
-Bank account: It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to arrive in your bank account.
-PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance: Within 24 hours.

If it does not match, contact us immediately. The wrong product must be returned in original packaging and you can exchange it for the correct one or request a full refund.

We work hard to ensure that every product we send you arrives with all necessary parts to fully assemble your product.
Should a part be missing, review your assembly instructions to locate the exact missing part name and contact our Customer Service. Please also take some clear photographs showing all the parts you received to help us confirm the problem. After confirming, we will then prepare it and ship it to you as soon as possible.
Please note: If two or more items ordered at a time, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item processing time and shipping method.
